Piano dell'Acqua (Sicilian: Cianu i l'Acqua) is a small hamlet near the town of Chiaramonte Gulfi on the souther province of Ragusa, in Sicily. The name means The water plain and until the late 1970, along the stream that crosses the village, there was an ancient wash-basin in local limestone.
The local economy is mainly based on agriculture. Vignards and olive trees are dominating the landscape.
