Physalaemus pustulatus is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is found in Ecuador and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, intermittent freshwater marshes, pastureland, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
