Phillip Charles George "Phill" Jones (born 25 January 1974) is a New Zealand professional basketball player. Jones who stands at 1.96 metres tall, is the highest New Zealand points scorer in NBL history.
Born in Christchurch, Canterbury, Jones attended Nelson College in 1992, where he was a prefect and a member of the school's 'A' basketball team.[1]
Jones has played in Finland and Italy, and played for the New Zealand Breakers in their debut NBL season. Jones did not play in the 2005 and 2007 New Zealand NBL seasons.[2]
