Philippe Le Billon

Philippe Le Billon is a geographer, author and Associate Professor at the University of British Columbia,[1] and a researcher at the Liu Institute for Global Issues.[2] He earned an MBA in Paris and a doctorate at the University of Oxford.[1] He has authored or co-authored several books on the economy and politics of war, and the role of corruption in war.[3]
