Philippa June Baker, MBE (born 12 June 1963 in Kaiapoi), is a New Zealand rower. Along with Brenda Lawson she finished 4th in the Women's double sculls at the 1992 Summer Olympics.
In the 1993 New Year Honours, Baker was made a Member of the Order of the British Empire, for services to rowing.[1]
She is the sister of New Zealand triathlete Erin Baker.
