Pharma.be

Pharma.be or Belgian Pharmaceutical Industry Association, is a Belgian non-profit organization which represents the Belgian pharmaceutical industry. Its headquarter is located in Brussels.
About 140 companies which are active in Belgium are a member of Pharma.be. Both companies producing over-the-counter drugs (OTC) as well as prescription drugs are members of the organisation.
History
Pharma.be was founded in 1966 as a non-profit organisation as the Algemene Vereniging van de Geneesmiddelenindustrie (AVGI) (Dutch) or in French l'Association Générale de l'Industrie du Médicament' (AGIM).
