Phalkot(Sehana) is one of the 51 union councils of Abbottabad District in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.[2]

Village Malsa is also located in UC Phalkot. Malsa is most beautiful village in District Abbottabad.it situated 30 KM from Abbottabad.it is small village But Very famous due to his beauty & Geogarphical,it is attached with UC Beran Gali & UC Sarbana,02 Roads goes to malsa from Abbottabad. 92% sardar peoples lives in malsa & 8% awan also liver here.there are 02 Gov,t High schools for boys & girls.02 pimery schools for Boys & 02 primery schools for girls. Malsa Peoples are very honest & hard worker mostly peoples are gov,t Servent.

Subdivisions

The Union Council is subdivided into two areas Phalkot,[1] that include other settlements including Malikpur (Janderbari),Malsa, Kutli Sehana, Buni Gali and Upri Kutli.

Phalkot is a village of Abbottabad. The majority of people living here are Awans. Most of the people living here are poor people but all are honest and loyal. It is a small village but it is famous by its geography. Because it is situated among many villages of Abbottabad. It have Govt; primary schools both for male and female. It has also high schools for both boys and girls.

Most respectable personality of this Union Council is Muhammad Arif Malik who served Prime Minister's House and Pakistan Telecom Company as Director Purchase and Store. He is the most educated professional of this area, his wife Dr. Rahna has also contributed a lot for the upliftment of rural women of the area (source govt. KPK).

Language

Hindko is widely spoken throughout the area, Urdu being national language also understand and spoken here. English and Pashto is spoken and understood by some people
