Petrov is a village and municipality (obec) in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 11.77 square kilometres (4.54 sq mi), and has a population of 1,333 (as at 1 January 2008).
Petrov lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) east of Hodonín, 60 km (37 mi) south-east of Brno, and 247 km (153 mi) south-east of Prague.
