Pescate is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lecco in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 45 km northeast of Milan and about 2 km south of Lecco. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,120 and an area of 2.1 km².[1]

The municipality of Pescate contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Pescalina, Insirano, Torrette Inferiori, and Torrette Superiori.

Pescate borders the following municipalities: Galbiate, Garlate, Lecco.
