Perštejn is a village and municipality (obec) in Chomutov District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 20.58 square kilometres (7.95 sq mi), and has a population of 1,051 (as at 28 August 2006).
Perštejn lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) south-west of Chomutov, 73 km (45 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 99 km (62 mi) west of Prague.
