The People’s Will Party (Arabic: حزب إرادة الشعب Hizb Iradat Al-Sha'ab) is a Syrian political party that is part of the Popular Front for Change and Liberation. It is the legal name of the National Committee for the Unity of Syrian Communists.[1]
Qadri Jamil is the founder of the political party. The National Committee, or People's Will Party, was founded after its members were expelled from the Communist Party of Syria (Bakdash) under accusations of Trotskyism.[1] Together with the Syrian Social Nationalist Party, they are part of the Popular Front for Change and Liberation.[2]
