Pendergardens

Pendergardens is a self-contained pedestrian development being constructed in the last open space left in Paceville, St. Julian's, Malta.[1] The megaproject, which will cover an area of 18,500 square metres (199,000 sq ft), and is to be completed in 2012.
General
The residential area of the development will include luxurious villas, and lowrise and highrise apartment blocks, surrounding a large piazza. Adjacent to this will be the commercial area, which will include office blocks, restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as the Victorian Mercury House, which will undergo restoration. The development also includes a fitness center, swimming pool, and an underground multi-storey car park.
