Penani Manumalealii is a Samoan rugby league player who represented his country in the 2013 World Cup.

Early years

Born in Samoa, Manumalealii attended De La Salle College in New Zealand. He moved to Sydney when he was 16 to further his rugby league career.[2]

Playing career

Manumalealii joined the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks when he was 16. In 2011 and 2012 he played for the Sharks in the Toyota Cup.[3] He played for the Junior Kiwis in 2012.[4][5]

In 2013 Manumalealii played for the Cronulla Sharks in the NSW Cup.[6]

In 2013, Manumalealii was named in the Samoa squad for the World Cup.[7] He scored a try in their opening match against New Zealand.
