The Pemba Scops-owl, Petit-duc De Pemba, or Autillo De Pemba (Otus pembaensis) is a species of owl in the Strigidae family. It is endemic to Tanzania.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and plantations . It is threatened by habitat loss.
