Pelya (Russian: Пеля) is a river in Perm Krai, Russia, a left tributary of Uls River which in turn is a tributary of Vishera River. The length of the river is 24 km.[1] It flows into the Uls River 16 km of its mouth. The main tributary is Rassokha River (right).
