Pedavena is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Belluno in the Italian region Veneto. It is located about 70 km northwest of Venice and about 30 km southwest of Belluno. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,441 and an area of 24.9 km².[1]
The municipality of Pedavena contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Carpene, Casere dei Boschi, Croce d'Aune, Facen, Faont, Festisei, Murle, Norcen, Sega Bassa, S. Osvaldo, Teven, and Travagola.
Pedavena borders the following municipalities: Feltre, Fonzaso, Sovramonte.
