Pavel Šultes (born 15 September 1985 in Valtice) is a Czech football forward who plays for FK Mladá Boleslav.

Career

Club

With nine goals in the 2009–10 season of Gambrinus liga, he became one of the best goalscorers of the league.

In June 2011, he joined Polish club Polonia Warszawa on three year contract.[1]

In June 2012, he joined Polish club Ruch Chorzów.
