Paula Ann Franzese is an American law professor, specializing in real property and ethics. She is the Peter W. Rodino Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law, and a visiting professor of political science at Barnard College. She graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Barnard College in 1980, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law in 1983. In 2006, Franzese was appointed Chair of the State Ethics Commission by New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine. Previously, she was appointed Special Ethics Counsel to New Jersey Governor Richard Codey.
