Paul Vallone (born June 2, 1967) is an American attorney and Democratic Party politician, who was elected to New York City Council in the 19th district in the 2013 city council elections.
In the 2013 Democratic primary election, Vallone defeated Austin Shafran.[1] He defeated Republican Party nominee Dennis Saffran in the general election.[2]
Vallone's father is Peter Vallone, Sr., and his brother is Peter Vallone, Jr..[3] His grandfather was Charles J. Vallone. A Vallone has served on the City Council since 1974.[1]
