Paul L. Foster

Paul L. Foster is an American businessman who has operated as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of the Board for Western Refining,[1] an independent oil refiner and marketer headquartered in El Paso, Texas.[2]

In 2007, Paul Foster donated $50 million to help create the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, TX.[3]

On June 4th, 2013 Paul Foster donated $35 million to his alma mater Baylor University which will support the University’s $100 million campaign to construct a new 275,000-square foot facility – to be named the Paul L. Foster Campus for Business and Innovation – which will house Baylor’s Hankamer School of Business.

During college Paul was inducted into the Texas Theta chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon at Baylor University.
