Paul D. McGowan (born 1947) is an American politician from Maine.[1] A Democrat, McGowan was elected to the Maine House of Representatives in 2012, replacing Bradley Moulton. He is a resident of the Cape Neddick neighborhood of York, Maine. In the Maine Legislature, McGowan is a member of the Environment and Natural Resources Committee.[2]
