Patrol 03

Patrol 03 is a French animated television series that aired in 1997 and was broadcast Pop in the UK.

Plot

The show centers around a trio of animal police officers called Shorty, Wilfred and Carmen who solve crimes in the city of Los Diablos. The villains of the show are Police Chief Pamela Bondani and her mole assistant Professor Molo who are always trying to take over the city.

Characters

Shorty, a basset hound, and one of the three protagonists.

Wilfred, a rat, and the second protagonist.

Carmen, a wheelchair-bound fox, and the third protagonist. Her wheel chair contains built-in gadgets, which help the trio in their many adventures

Police Chief Pamela Bondani, a cat, and the primary antagonists of the show. She is the corrupt head of the police dept. She tries to keep her alliance with Molo a secret from everyone else.

Professor Molo, a mole, the secondary antagonist. He is a scientific genius, which forms part of the plans he and Bondani make, but these are constantly thwarted by Shorty, Wilfred and Carmen.

Mayor Walrus, a walrus

Snap, a crocodile. He is the city mechanic, and the mastermind behind many inventions that Carmen, Shorty and Wilfred use. Much to Carmen's discomfort, he has a crush on her, and shows it.
