Patrick Hager (born September 8, 1988 in Stuttgart) is a German professional ice hockey player who currently plays for ERC Ingolstadt of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (German Ice Hockey League).[1][2]

He participated at the 2010 IIHF World Championship as a member of the German National men's ice hockey team.[3]
