Patricia Regan Pine (born February 24, 1972 as Patricia Regan Leines), a.k.a. Tricia Pine is a former beauty queen from Medford, Oregon who works as a weather anchor and opera singer.

Leines won the Miss Oregon 1996 title as Miss Tri-Valley.[1] She had placed first runner-up the year previously as Miss Rogue Valley,[2] and competed at the Miss California 1994 pageant as Miss Orange County Regional but did not place.[3] Leines went on to compete in the Miss America 1997 pageant broadcast live from Atlantic City, New Jersey in September 1996, where she was one of two delegates to win preliminary awards for both swimsuit and talent.[4] Leines eventually placed second runner-up in the nationally televised contest, which was won by Tara Dawn Holland of Kansas.[5]

Leines is a 1990 graduate of North Medford High School and she went on to study at Southern Oregon State College, the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and at a languages institute in Austria as a Rotary Cultural Ambassadorial Scholar. She graduated from California's University of Redlands in 1995 with a Bachelor of Music degree in vocal performance.[6] Leines is a talented opera singer who has performed with the Rogue opera and planned to study for her masters degree from the New England Conservatory of Music after passing on her Miss Oregon title.[7]

Leines has gone on to work as a weather anchor for KTVL News 10 in Medford. Her last day doing weather at KTVL was June 15. She will continue to host the station's "On the Town" segments.[citation needed]
