Pascal Chanteur (born 9 February 1968 in Saint-Denis) is a French former road bicycle racer. Chanteur was professional between 1991 and 2001.

His name was on the list of doping tests published by the French Senate in 24 July 2013 that were collected during the 1998 Tour de France and found suspicious for EPO when retested in 2004.[1]
