Parys [ˈparɨs] (German Paaris) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Korsze, within Kętrzyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Korsze, 17 km (11 mi) north-west of Kętrzyn, and 64 km (40 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
