Parvicaecilia pricei is a species of amphibian in the Caeciliidae family. It is endemic to Colombia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, pastureland, plantations, rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, and irrigated land.
