Speed Trap

According to a multitude of reports on the National Speed Trap Exchange website, Parkin is notorious for being an unfair and indiscriminate speed trap, routinely ticketing passersby for going less than ten mph over the speed limit. These citations are written up under a city ordinance rather than a state law so that all the money from citations goes directly into the city's funds.
