Park Na Rae (Hangul: 박나래; Hanja: 朴나래; born February 23, 1988[1]), commonly known by her stage name Narae, is a South Korean idol singer, dancer, actress. She is a member of the Korean girl group Spica, which debuted under B2M Entertainment in 2012.
Biography
Narae was born in Incheon, South Korea on February 23, 1988. After high school she attended Kyung Hee University, where she joined Postmodern Music department. Before debuting, she was an amateur musician. During attending Kyunghee University, she involved in Mnet named Talent show Superstar K (Season 1) and got 8th place[2] in Top 10 contestant of the show in 2009. Since then, Mnet officially announced that the Top 10 contestants of the show would have their formal songs on the studio album, titled Love. Because of this, she released a song called "I Love You" on the studio album.
In 2010, she moved to B2M Entertainment and became a trainee. Then on December 2011, it announced that she will be finally making her debut with a girl group Spica and will be mentored by Lee Hyori who is now under the same agency as well. The group made its official debut on February 8, 2012.
