Parihar

Parihar/Parhar are a north Indian clan, which trace its descend from mythological Agnivansh.[citation needed] The Parihar population and the former Parihars states are found spread through the subcontinent, particularly in north, west and central India. Populations are found in Rajasthan, Saurashtra - Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar.[citation needed]
