Paridhi Sharma is an Indian television actress. She plays the lead character of Rajkumari Jodha Bai in the television serial Jodha Akbar.
She began her acting career in 2010 with the television serial Tere Mere Sapne.[1] Later, she appeared in the serial Ruk Jaana Nahin. Ekta Kapoor is said to have gone through as many as 7000 audition entries in the course of a nationwide hunt spanning 8 months before she gave her final nod of approval to Sharma to play Jodha in her historical drama Jodha Akbar.[2]
Sharma was born in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. She received a degree in Business Management from Prestige Institute of Management and Research Indore, and finished her MBA from Pune.[3]
