Pareto is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 km southeast of Turin and about 50 km southwest of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 643 and an area of 41.0 km².[1]
Pareto borders the following municipalities: Cartosio, Giusvalla, Malvicino, Mioglia, Ponzone, Sassello, and Spigno Monferrato.
