Papyrus 18 (in the Gregory-Aland numbering), designated by 18, is an early copy of the New Testament in Greek. It is a papyrus manuscript of the Book of Revelation, it contains only Rev 1:4-7. It is written on the verso of a scroll of Exodus.[1] The text on recto contains end of Chapter 40 of Exodus, it is dated to the end of 2nd century.[1] The nomina sacra are written in an abbreviated way.
The manuscript paleographically had been assigned to the 3rd or 4th century.[ 1]
Description
The Greek text of this codex is a representative of the Alexandrian text-type. Aland placed it in Category I.[2]

τω αγαμωντι ημας και λυσαντι η
