Pantin is a railway station in the French commune of Pantin (Department: Seine-Saint-Denis). It is situated on the Paris–Mulhouse railway.

Services

Pantin station has been open as an RER station since 1999. It is currently served by line E RER trains on the lines from Paris to Villiers-sur-Marne and Chelles-Gournay. Since 13 December 2009, the schedule has included

  • 12 trains per hour (8 towards Chelles and 4 towards Villiers/Tournan) during peak hours, instead of the previous 4 per hour; and
  • 8 trains per hour (4 towards Chelles and 4 towards Villiers/Tournan) during off-peak hours and weekends, instead of the previous 4 per hour.

The station served 7500 passengers daily in 2009, but this number is expected to increase with the renovation of the Pantin mills and the development of new businesses in the area.
