Pamięcin [paˈmjɛnt͡ɕin] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Górzyca, within Słubice County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland, close to the German border.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south of Górzyca, 13 km (8 mi) north-east of Słubice, 52 km (32 mi) south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and 82 km (51 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has a population of 410.
