Pamela J. "Pam" Myhra (born 1957) is a Minnesota politician and member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Republican Party of Minnesota, she represents District 56A, which includes portions of Dakota and Scott counties in the southern Twin Cities metropolitan area. She is also a certified public accountant by profession.[1]
Early life, education, and career
Myhra graduated from Burnsville High School in Burnsville and the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, earning her B.A. with honors in Business Administration. Prior to starting a family, she worked as a manager for KPMG, an international public accounting firm, where she specialized in banking, insurance and government. Active in her community, she has also served director of a girls’ club and teacher of numerous parenting classes.[2][3]
Minnesota House of Representatives
Myhra was first elected to the House in 2010 and was re-elected in 2012.
