Palmwoods is a railway station at Palmwoods on the Nambour and Gympie North Line of South East Queensland, Australia. It is part of the Queensland Rail City network.
The station is in Zone 16 of the TransLink integrated public transport system.
History
The railway and station were opened in 1891.[1]

Future Expansion
A feasibility study is investigating the expansion of Palmwoods station to include a new and improved station with two platforms on a higher speed, dual track alignment. The proposed site of the new station is on the east side of the current platform. There is also a new bridge to be built over the Woombye Palmwoods Rd. This upgrade is expected to be built post 2020.
