Palda is a census town in Indore district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.
Demographics
As of 2001 India census,[1] Palda had a population of 10,859. Males constitute 54% of the population and females 46%. Palda has an average literacy rate of 53%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 64%, and female literacy is 41%. In Palda, 18% of the population is under 6 years of age.
