Palanga Rural District (Persian: دهستان پلنگا) is a rural district (dehestan) in Shahrud District, Khalkhal County, Ardabil Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,067, in 1,202 families.[1] The rural district has 6 villages.
