Pailo is an unincorporated community in Bledsoe County, Tennessee, United States. It lies along U.S. Route 127 southwest of the city of Pikeville, the county seat of Bledsoe County.[2] Its elevation is 755 feet (230 m).[1]

It is most known for citizens near the mini store for selling candy,beverages,chips,and mini foods such as sliced pizza and hotdogs. It's not a well known business,but has a decent rating in business. The business is between Dunlap and Pikeville and lies at Sutherland Road,Dunlap,Tennessee.
