PTV National Awards, the official awards ceremony annually held by the Pakistan Television Corporation in Pakistan. The awards were first introduced in late 1970s to incourage the best talents in Pakistan.

2011

The 16th PTV Awrds was held on July 23, 2011 at Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad.[1] Former Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani was the chief guest of the ceremony. Program was hosted by Reema Khan, Umer Sharif, Babra Sharif, Naeem Bokhari and Bushra Ansari. Sami Khan and Saba Qamar won the best actor and actress awards respectively.[2]

2012

The 17th PTV Awards was held at Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad on June 11, 2012.[3] Awards show was aired on the PTV Home on June 30, 2012. Show was hosted by Saba Qamar, Imran Abbas, Sanam Baloch and Mikaal Zulfiqar. Red carpet was hosted by Natasha Hussain.[4] Noman Ijaz and Saba Qamar won the best actor and actress awards respectively.[5]
