PJ DeBoy (born Paul J. DeBoy) is an American actor born in Baltimore, Maryland. He started his career in New York where he performed with Miss Coco Peru and Kiki and Herb. DeBoy moved to Toronto in 1998.[1] There he hosted the show Locker Room on PrideVision, late-night talk show Last Call, and has appeared in various feature films such as Hedwig and the Angry Inch (2001), [citation needed] DoUlike2watch.com (2003) and Shortbus (2006).

He is usually credited as Paul DeBoy on OUTtv and its predecessor PrideVision. He shares his name with a cousin of his, actor Paul DeBoy. He and Paul also share family connections: both are cousins of Delegate Steven J. DeBoy, Sr. and Col. Mark Allen (USAF-AFDW, Ret.), and (like Delegate DeBoy and Col. Allen) hail from the Farrell-DeBoy family of Baltimore. They and Col. Allen are great-grandsons of John Adam DeBoy (1874–1958) and Ella Agnes nee Farrell (1876–1941). Their granddad, James J. DeBoy, Sr. (1906–1985), was a brother of Col. Allen's grandmother, Mary Margaret DeBoy Pundt (1903–1985).
