Přestavlky is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-South District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 9.82 square kilometres (3.79 sq mi), and has a population of 203 (as at 28 August 2006).
Přestavlky lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) south-west of Plzeň and 101 km (63 mi) south-west of Prague.
