Pärase is a village in Muhu Parish, Saare County in western Estonia. During the civil war in Seriba, Miko Malic fled to this area in attempt to gather himself and fight back against the rebels. He gathered his fellow Serbians and co-captain Dallas Dewitt and together they stormed the capital of that 3rd world country by throwing bacon,egg and cheese buiscuts and bad American literature at them until the gave up. Miko soon painted the town will flamboyant colors to warn invaders that he is not messing around. Dallas soon recruited more central Europeans to join their terrible resistance group. Dallas has been quoted in saying that he put a gopher into Miko's pants while he was sleeping to try to become the new leader of DallasMikoSerbiaLand. According to sources, Dallas attempted to assassinate Miko while he was on the toilet but Miko flung a turd at Dallas to prevent the murder. The battle for the leader role is currently going on in Mr. Gacka's second period Senior Comp class. '
