Ovacık (Ottoman Turkish: پلور Pulur,[3] Zazaki: Pulur, Kurdish: Pûlûr[citation needed]) is a small city and its surrounding district in Tunceli Province of Turkey. It has a population of 3,227. The mayor is Mustafa Sarıgül (CHP).
