Otterbach is a municipality in the district of Kaiserslautern, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is situated on the river Lauter, approx. 5 km north of Kaiserslautern.
Otterbach is the seat of the Verbandsgemeinde ("collective municipality") Otterbach.
