Otoyol 32 (English: Motorway 32), abbreviated as O-32, aka İzmir-Çeşme Otoyolu (English: Izmir-Çeşme Motorway), is a toll motorway in the Aegean Region of Turkey connecting the cities İzmir and Çeşme. It runs in east-west direction in a length of 68 km (42 mi). Its construction started in December 1989 and the highway was opened in September 1997.
The O-32 passes through the campus area of the İzmir Institute of Technology (İYTE), and is an important route for the İzmir Technology Development Zone,[1] which is located within the İYTE campus. It links to the beltway of Izmir O-30 at its eastern end and is part of the European route E881.
