Otov is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.09 square kilometres (2.74 sq mi), and has a population of 106 (as at 3 July 2006).
Otov lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-west of Domažlice, 48 km (30 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 132 km (82 mi) south-west of Prague.
