Otegen Batyr (Kazakh: Өтеген батыр) is a settlement and the administrative center of Ile District, Almaty Province, in southeastern Kazakhstan.[1] Population: 20,163 (2009 Census results);[2] 17,301 (1999 Census results).[2]
