Oswaldo Luizar

Oswaldo Luizar Obregón is a Peruvian politician. He was born in Cusco-Peru in 1962 and studied Physics. He is currently a Congressman representing Cusco for the period 2006-2011, and belongs to the Union for Peru party.^[1]
